In your HotDoodle account, you have the ability to add funds and then use those funds to pay for work or any additional domains associated with your website. These funds can also used to pay your monthly hosting fee. When you add funds to your HotDoodle account, you add them to the General Fund. Every month HotDoodle removes the monthly hosting fee from that general fund. You can add funds for a whole year or two of hosting at a time or login everymonth to add funds, and HotDoodle will only debit for one month at a time. If there are not funds or insufficient funds in the general fund when hosting fees are due, you may recieve emails requesting to pay your hosting fees to avoid website interruptions.
