The bottom of the page is a place for even more search bait. Sites on price plans that included Advanced SEO capabilities (currently all plans) have the ability to have extra SEOish areas at the end of the site.
Use Appearance/Layout Content.
Scroll down to the Post Footer area (at the bottom), and edit it to show the 2 blocks.
Note: Later after there is content in these blocks you should check their color. If it is not what you want, edit the theme and add or set
{assign var=HIDDEN_POSTFOOTER_FONT_COLOR value=yellow}
with the color of your choice. Place it with the other FONT_COLOR declarations, order does not matter. You want a color that is seen (do not match the background color), but which is barely seen. Best is to be a close match to colors in a background image. Google and others might conclude that almost yellow text on a yellow background color is hidden text, but it is harder for them to detect yellowish text against a background image of a field of yellow flowers.
On the SEO page, add a general block, no style, with an explanation such as the following:

The next blocks appear at the bottom of pages. The first appears on all pages all the time, the second appears on the home page only and only the first time the page is displayed.
A random choice of the articles below is shown -- this randomness prevents the search engine from thinking that all these sites are identical.
The articles all say pretty much the same thing, but they say it differently.
The article titles are not shown when used as the footer text.
